By accessing and using POLEK, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Description of service

POLEK is an online platform for Polish language learning, including exercises, mock tests, AI-assisted speaking and writing practice, and progress tracking.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information during registration.

5. Payment methods

Payments are accepted online by bank card via the WayForPay payment service. Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

6. Service activation and delivery

POLEK provides digital services only. After successful payment confirmation, Premium access is activated automatically. No physical shipping or delivery methods apply.

7. Free and Premium services

Some features are available for free. Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing and included features are shown on the pricing page.

8. Subscription renewal and cancellation

Premium is offered as a recurring monthly subscription unless another billing period is explicitly shown. Auto-renewal can be canceled in the user dashboard. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the already paid period.

9. Refunds and transaction cancellation

Refund and cancellation rules are published in our Refund Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account, scrape content, reverse engineer the platform, or access data belonging to other users.

11. Intellectual property

All POLEK content, including exercises, tests, texts, and design elements, is protected by copyright and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

12. Limitation of liability

POLEK provides educational services and practice tools. We do not guarantee any specific exam result or administrative outcome.
