2. Nature of the service

POLEK sells digital access to an online learning platform. No physical goods are shipped, and no delivery service for physical items applies. Access is activated online after successful payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation of recurring subscription

Premium is billed as a recurring monthly subscription. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from your POLEK dashboard or by contacting support. After cancellation, the current paid period remains active until its end date and is not renewed again.

4. Refunds

As a general store policy, refunds are not provided for the current paid period after digital access has already been activated and used. This is due to the immediate delivery of the service in digital form.

Refund requests may still be reviewed individually in the following cases:

  • duplicate payment or repeated charge;
  • technical payment failure resulting in incorrect billing;
  • successful charge without activation of access;
  • another case where a refund is required by applicable law.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact hello@sashapol.com or call +380660061427. Please include your email, payment date, transaction or order reference, and a short description of the issue.

6. Processing time

We review refund requests individually. If a refund is approved, the return is initiated to the original payment method. The final timing depends on the payment provider and the issuing bank.
